Shipping policy

We ship Australia-wide from stock held in Australia, no waiting on an overseas container. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location.

Orders are dispatched within 4 business days and typically arrive within 10 business days (unless notified otherwise) depending on your location. You'll receive tracking details by email as soon as your order ships.

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours at hello@vauxdesigns.com.au with photos and your order number, and we'll sort a replacement.
